0-4-0 tank engine, probably built by an outfit like Porter or Vulcan. I suspect it saw service in the mines somewhere in that area-can't say anything more than that. Sorry.

It's a "Fireless" locomotive, also known as a "Fireless Cooker". Most likely a Porter.
